The year is going from strength-to-strength for sportsbook solutions company BETBY, which has reported further year-over-year growth during Q2.

BETBY reported YoY Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) growth of 42.7% during H1 2025, driven by the number of active players across its partner network growing by 47%.

It also saw the total number of bets placed via its platform rise by 21.2%. BETBY attributed this to “sustained growth” across new and existing operator partnerships.

Based in Malta, BETBY works with a range of operators across Latin America, Europe and Asia, with notable partners being Fun88, SABA Sports, Broadway Platform and Weebet.

As expected, the FIFA World Cup proved critical to BETBY’s Q2 performance, providing a boost during the last three weeks of June. The firm stated that there was a lot of betting activity across its partner network during this time.

Leonid Pertsovskiy, Chief Executive Officer at BETBY, commented: “After a strong first quarter, we are pleased to see that the positive trend continued throughout the first half of the year.

“These results reflect the strength of our long-term strategy, combining continued market expansion with a clear focus on product innovation and helping our partners grow.”

As with previous quarters, esports stood out once again for BETBY. The firm’s BETBY games division recorded a 28% year-over-year increase in GGR, with active players increasing 46% and the number of placed bets by 14.8%.

Heading into Q3, the company is continuing to evaluate its position in other product areas – namely predictions, a field the company launched in during the quarter amid global growth for the sector.

While regulatory uncertainties remain – the battles between federal and state regulators in the US being the prime examples of this – the new framework launched by Gibraltar’s authorities suggests acceptance is growing.

Pertsovskiy continued: “The launch of products such as BETBY Predictions and features like Stories, alongside the continued evolution of BETBY Games, demonstrate our commitment to delivering solutions and technology that create measurable value for operators.

“We are proud of what we have achieved so far this year and remain focused on continuing this progress throughout H2.”
