Altenar has launched its Bet Builder Boost which is designed to elevate the product experience for both operators and players.
By integrating boosted odds into its Bet Builders, Altenar offers a new betting option that aims to enhance the user experience, particularly for pre-live markets. It also enables operators to increase player retention without sacrificing margins.
Dinos Doxiadis, Director of Product (Sportsbook and Data) at Altenar, commented: “With Bet Builder Boost, we’re giving operators a way to excite their player base and offer an enhanced experience that drives engagement.”
The move builds on Altenar’s recently upgraded Boosted Odds tool, which was rolled out in 2024 and has reportedly already seen significant adoption among operators and end users.
Operators have the same range of options available with the Bet Builder Boost as they have with the Boosted Odds tool, including three different levels of boost, a Bet of the Day feature and limited-time elements.
“It’s an important tool for differentiating themselves in an increasingly competitive market,” Doxiadis continued. “By introducing boosted odds in this way, we help operators build more personalised and attractive offerings while maintaining control over their sportsbook profitability.”
This week, in another bid to increase player retention, Altenar also partnered with The Watchers, a community chat provider, to offer social betting.
Through the deal, the sports betting and igaming software provider looked to ‘open the doors’ to a betting community for players.
This includes sharing tips, comparing strategies or celebrating wins – social betting adds an extra element of interest to the gambling experience and presents a modern way to boost engagement.
