Online Betting Guide to appear on Lions Gibraltar FC shirts

The Online Betting Guide has been named lead partner of Lions Gibraltar FC.

The multi-year deal sees the site become the new front-of-shirt sponsor of the top level football club in the country.

The UK brand also holds links to the horse racing industry such as sponsoring the OLBG Mares Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival and more recently the company’s work with Harry Derham Racing.

Richard Moffat, CEO at OLBG, commented: “We are delighted to be joining the Lions on a multi-year Principal Club Partnership deal, they’re a club steeped in tradition and we look forward to helping them tell their story to football fans across the UK.”

The Lions 2024/25 kit, with the new OLBG branding, is set to launch in July of this year.

“We’re an ambitious brand and the Lion’s new ownership has impressed us greatly, matching our ambition and drive,” added Moffat.

“We’re extremely excited by the journey they are on and look forward to announcing further details of our partnership and launching the kit in due course.”

As well as front-of-shirt, OLBG are also the official training wear sponsor of the Lions.

The pair also detailed that they are coming together at “an exciting stage in their respective journeys”, with Lions Gibraltar CEO Mark Palmer having “impressive growth plans” for the club.

Palmer concluded: “It’s fantastic to be able to welcome OLBG into the Lions Gibraltar FC Family, as we officially announce a multi-year Principal Club Partnership deal.

“When I met Richard and Toby for the first time, I knew immediately that they and the brand were exactly what I was looking for in a main club partner and we are pleased that we now embark on what we all expect to be a fruitful relationship for both of us, with the ability to elevate both parties brand recognition to a Global fan audience.”
