“Enough is enough”: Fred Done cashes out early on Betfred Man City wagers

Betfred founder Fred Done is giving bettors a chance to cash-out early on a Manchester City title win.

There are just six matches left in what is being described as ‘one of the most fiercely contested’ Premier League victory races in years.

Done was also the first to pay out on the winners of the English top flight market back in 1998, when Manchester United were 12 points clear at the time, only for rivals Arsenal to beat them to the title by a single point.

This will be Done’s ninth early pay out on the Premier League, as he believes Man City will stroll to a fourth title on the spin, setting another English record in the process.

The operator stated: “This mega pay out includes all singles and accumulator lines placed up until 2pm on 14 April and we are in the process of settling all winning bets as we speak.

“Please remain patient as there are a lot of bets to settle and the estimated cost to Fred is in the region of £750,000!”

Betfred added that Done was watching both games and decided “enough was enough” and it was time to offer the firm’s customers another early pay out.

Done concluded: “I watched both the Liverpool and Arsenal games yesterday and for me, it’s game over because Manchester City are going to win the Premier League this year. There’s no danger of that. Liverpool look as if they’re beat.

“They’re gone. For anybody that backed Manchester City before 2pm on Sunday, I’m paying out on City to win the Premier League from now. Go and get your money.”
