Stake F1 Team prepares for debut under new title partnership

The Stake F1 Team prepares for its debut at the beginning of the 2024 season under its new exclusive title partnership.

The deal with the betting brand covers both the 2024 and 2025 seasons, and is also a continuation of the successful partnership established in 2023 and aims to outline ‘new beginnings’ for the F1 Team.

Edward Craven, Co-Founder of Stake, commented: “We are thrilled with the opportunity to bring an electrifying and brand-new identity into our Formula One team, kickstarting the F1 season with a bold team name, Stake F1 Team.”

The next F1 race will take place on 2 March 2024, as F1 travels to Bahrain for the season opener.

“Fuelled by deep passion for speed, innovation, and pushing boundaries, we are now ideally positioned to take the team to unprecedented heights from 2024 and beyond,” Craven added.

“The upcoming years will be a thrilling ride with some mind blowing activations planned that will redefine excitement on and off the track.

“So, brace yourselves and stay tuned, as the Stake F1 Team accelerates towards an exciting future.”

The partnership will also have a ‘fan-centric focus’, which will be complemented by Stake’s takeover of the team’s social media handles as @stakef1team, reflecting the squad’s new branding.

The stepping up of the operator’s involvement in the sport further strengthens the brand’s diverse partnership portfolio which also includes the likes of Canadian superstar Drake, Everton Football Club, the UFC; and several more.

In 2023, the brand’s inaugural year in the Formula One ecosystem, Stake already made its mark via a series of activations which have focused on cross collaboration with its other existing brand partnerships.

“Last season represented the start of Stake’s journey in Formula One, and the brand’s new role headlining Stake F1 Team represents the natural and exciting next step on this path,” added Alessandro Alunni Bravi, Team Representative.

“Stake not only successfully tapped into Formula One’s growing fan base to enhance its own community;  but also introduced a completely new audience to the sport, something that benefitted not only our team but also everyone else in F1.

“We had the opportunity to participate in some incredible activations with some of  Stake’s ambassadors, including Argentine football legend, Sergio Aguero, and Indian-Canadian rapper Karan Aujla.

“2024 will be a new page and the chance to do more, better, and reach even farther: we are looking forward to an even more exciting calendar of events in this new season.”

Stake has also underlined that it is planning a series of high-profile experiences to take place during the 2024 F1 calendar – starting with the launch of the new C44 in February.
