Altenar enhances LatAm presence with MiCasino sportsbook deal

Altenar has announced that it has made its debut with MiCasino, which will see its sportsbook supplied to the operator group for the first time.

Expanding its Latin American presence, the partnership will see Altenar provide its range of services to MiCasino across Chile and Peru, with additional markets to be announced ‘in the near future’.

Stathis Souflas, Commercial Account Manager at Altenar, stated: “We are thrilled that we are able to sign-up to this agreement with MiCasino.

“Our team has worked hard to ensure that we’ve become one of the most respected sportsbook providers on the continent, as well as receiving multiple industry awards for the commercial success we bring to our partners.

“Further expanding across key LatAm markets with MiCasino will no doubt further cement our leading position in LatAm and we look forward to announcing plenty more deals in the near future.”

The company has outlined that the first phase of the partnership will be focused entirely on Altenar’s online sportsbook platform, enabling MiCasino’s players to utilise Altenar’s betting software, as well as its LatAm sporting markets and pricing.

Also set to include virtual sports, lottery and quinielas, the deal is expected to provide MiCasino with the opportunity to ‘greatly enhance’ its sports betting presence across the region.

“To partner with one of the world’s leading sportsbooks is a fantastic achievement for us at MiCasino,” added an MiCasino spokesperson. “Our players will absolutely love what Altenar showcases in terms of its sports offering and we feel that this is the start of a long and prosperous partnership together.”

In November last year, the operator also expanded its commercial reach in Peru after finalising an agreement with local operator Apuesta Total.

As the firm’s tech partner, Altenar delivers a ‘360-degree operation’, encompassing technology provision for its current market activities, as well as tapping into ’prospective future’ capabilities.

The duo first began collaborating in mid-August last year, integrating Altenar’s solutions into Aquesta’s operations, including its website pre-match and live betting offerings and full promotional suite.
