Simon Westbury lands ‘dream job’ as Digitain’s Chief Business Officer 

Industry multi-channel platform and systems provider Digitain has promoted Simon Westbury to the position of Chief Business Officer.

Prior to this Westbury served as the company’s Head of International Business Development where he took responsibility for expanding Digitain’s international sales channel and strategy related to new clients and markets.

“Simon has successfully led the Digitain Sales team since January 2020, generating significant growth and adding great value to our business. We fully expect even greater things from him and his team in the future,” said Digitain Chief Operations Officer Harutyun Vardanya.

Celebrating this new ‘dream job’, Westbury praised Digitain’s growth throughout 2020 and emphasised its commitment to supporting the company’s expansion into 2021.

He added: “I am delighted to be given this new challenge and in Digitain’s confidence in me, it really is my dream job. 2020 was a year of unparalleled growth for the business and I am committed to deliver even more in 2021. 

“I also look forward to guiding and developing my excellent team, current and new, in order to achieve our exciting plans for the business.”

Before joining Digitain, Westbury most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for virtual games provider VSoftCo Ltd, an enterprise sold to Pragmatic Play last January.
