Cambridgeshire FA joins BetBright Grassroots Initiative

betbrightpopopBetBright has announced that Cambridgeshire FA has become the latest partner of its Grassroots football fund raising scheme, BetBright Grassroots.

The fundraising initiative sees the sports betting operator donate a £40 bounty to football supporters of Cambridgeshire non-league football clubs who register and deposit £25 on BetBright.com.

The operator will reward all non-league football clubs who are represented by the Cambridgeshire FA.

Cambridgeshire FA are the second regional football association to join the fund raising scheme, in June BetBright announced that Norfolk FA had agreed to partner with the online bookmaker’s fund raising scheme

In a company statement BetBright reported that the BetBright Grassroots initiative had so far raised over £25,000 for Norfolk FA football clubs.

Commenting on the new partnership with Cambridgeshire FA, a BetBright company statement said

“This partnership will further consolidate our position as staunch supporters of the Grassroots game at every level throughout the nation. The start of September saw BetBright Grassroots reach over £50,000 paid out to grassroots clubs from every corner of the UK. This figure is now closer to £65,000 with new clubs signing up daily to benefit from the scheme”
