Unibet continues principle support of French amateur football

Unibet the flagship sportsbook of Kindred Group Plc, has renewed its commitments as a partner of French amateur football’s #AuCoeurDuFootball program.

For a fourth consecutive season, Unibet will provide team jerseys and kits for matchday volunteers of #AuCoeurDuFootball syndicated leagues played across French provinces.

Unibet has been a partner of French amateur football since 2019, helping the bookmaker directly support 640 clubs.

This season, in addition to providing amateur clubs with over 10,000 kits and jerseys, Unibet has launched an online website and digital tool to help ease the admin and technical burdens of smaller clubs competing in amateur leagues.

All #AuCoeurDuFootball participating clubs can find out more about Unibet support by visiting – unibetequipetonclub.fr – Providing feedback, amateur club FC Centre Bretagne had saved approximately €4000 thanks to Unibet’s kit funding.

“We are very proud to continue supporting amateur football by financing the jersey kits of more than 300 clubs and 10,000 players everywhere in France,” said Mathieu Drida, General Manager France, Kindred Group.

“Due to the current pandemic, a lot of clubs have experienced a massive drop in their revenues and have seen their number of licensees decreasing. It was natural for us to strengthen our engagement with the Au Coeur Du Football program and renew for a fourth season.”
