SISAL integrates Vermantia global racing content

Omni-channel content provider Vermantia has secured a new agreement with SISAL to provide its global racing content to the Italian operator.

Under the terms of the agreement, SISAL will be able to elevate its offering of international racing content, with coverage from tracks across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, India and South Africa via Vermantia’s A-TV channel and Arena Racing Company (ARC).

George Fotopoulos, COO at Vermantia, stated: “With the Palinsesto Complementare in Italy, there are no longer restrictions on screening international horse racing content from abroad, and SISAL spotted player demand for that content quickly. Thanks to our A-TV channel, Italian players have now access to a wide range of premium global racing.

“The real sweet spot for customer engagement now more than ever is good quality data, readily available betting markets and top-quality live racing pictures from across the globe. This ensures a welcome boost to the Italian market.”

Vermantia will make the racing offering available across SISAL’s retail and online channels, allowing the operator to benefit from ‘low latency streaming’.

As part of the A-TV service, Vermantia highlighted that SISAL will receive a fully customised, unified data feed that directly encompasses A-TV’s live global content, which will ‘greatly expedite time-to-market for the operator’.

Massimo Temperelli, Managing Director Betting at SISAL, added: “The Italian market requires a bespoke approach with an understanding of what it is that makes Italian bettors tick. Vermantia offers a true plug and play solution, fully localised to meet the market’s requirements.

“We are set to offer the widest horse racing content, improving the live betting experience in our shops and online with top quality racing from abroad thanks to Vermantia, adopting also its reliable and scalable streaming solution.”
