Nordic Leisure eyes Betting Promotion SE assets

Stockholm Nasdaq –OMX listed gambling firm Nordic Leisure AB has alerted the media that it has entered into a shareholder agreement to acquire sports betting business solutions provider Betting Promotion SE.

Releasing a short statement, Nordic Leisure detailed that it had agreed to acquire Betting Promotion with shareholders representing 74.4% of company shareholdings.

Nordic Leisure governance chose not to disclose any details regarding the potential deal value of Betting Promotion assets.

Betting Promotion governance responded to the news of Nordic Leisure’s interest, by releasing a statement that it had not formally entered any acquisition discussion with the interested party.

Nordic Leisure who at present operate several Scandinavian customer facing gambling brands such as Redbet.com and Club Gold Casino, are reported to be seeking to expand their industry services beyond B2C services.

Betting Promotion services specialise in automated bookmaking functions and building proprietary trading system for clients
