Enteractive has expanded its footprint in the Dutch market after being selected to power BetCity’s retention and reactivation capabilities.
Through the partnership with BetCity, Enteractive will roll out its proprietary (Re)Activation Cloud technology platform. This will enable the Entain-owned Dutch operator to “optimise revenue generation from the churned segments of their player base”.

BetCity will be able to use the (Re)Activation Cloud technology to integrate selected player databases, with native-speaking sales agents also available to engage players across the Dutch market.
