Unibet teams up with Royal Windsor

Online bookmaker Unibet has announced an all-encompassing betting and gaming partnership with Royal Windsor Racecourse for the forthcoming flat season.  The sponsorship will see the multi award winning sportsbook sponsor over 20 races at the Berkshire track and to be ever present on the course throughout the year under a substantial racecourse branding initiative.

The partnership will see Unibet not only become the Official Betting and Gaming Partner to Royal Windsor but will also see the leading European online bookmaker sponsor Windsor’s Owners, Trainers and Jockeys championship.

Unibet has offered a UK and Irish racing betting product since June 2013, and recently improved its offering in January 2014; during the last three months Unibet have seen record number of depositing customers, racing turnover and active player levels, and this trend is set to continue as it develops its racing offering and enters into even more marketing partnerships during the year.

Commenting on the partnership, Executive Director of Royal Windsor Stuart Dorn said: “We are delighted to welcome one of Europe’s leading online bookmakers as our betting partner to Royal Windsor Racecourse. We have an exciting season ahead of us where we are looking to continue the development and engagement of the course. Our partnership with a winner from the International Gaming Awards 2014, a leading and innovative sportsbook, and one that intends to promote its racing product offering extensively in 2014 and beyond will complement both party’s positioning and aims for the next year and beyond”

Our racing product aim in 2014 is to ensure that those who like to bet on horse racing are aware that Unibet have launched a new racing odds line and have a comprehensive product that matches and exceeds our competitors offering.
