Yolo Group has welcomed Lara Falzon as the new CEO of the firm’s B2B brand portfolio.
Falzon brings extensive experience in leadership roles spanning over more than a decade, having been a part of companies like AvatarUX, Bragg, NetEnt, Evoke, and Red Tiger Gaming.
Welcoming her to the team, Jose Micallef, CEO at Yolo Group Middle East, said: “Lara brings exceptional industry insight gained over many years, along with a track record of delivering impressive results. I am delighted to hand over the baton to such a strong leader.
“Lara’s leadership is exactly what is needed for Yolo Group’s continued successful expansion and will ensure the delivery of next-generation solutions that fuel the success of our partners.”
Falzon will leverage her industry knowledge to strengthen Yolo’s B2B division and expand the market share of its product ecosystem, which includes aggregation platforms Hub88 and Odds88, live casino platform Live88, as well as mobile-first proprietary game studio OneTouch.
Yolo is currently looking to scale its online casino and sports betting verticals by investing into new technology and partnerships – with the company’s investment arm, Yolo Investment, playing a key role.
Earlier in January, the group announced Jean Claude Magri as the new CFO of its B2B Products division, signalling Yolo’s future growth ambitions.
Magri’s career portfolio includes a previous stint at Evolution, as well as past roles at NetEnt and Red Tiger, similar to Falzon.
On her latest appointment, Falzon added: “I’m thrilled to join Yolo Group during one of the most exciting periods in the company’s history.
“As proven by its success so far this year, there is enormous potential for innovation, strengthening partnerships and scaling across global markets.
“I look forward to working alongside Yolo’s exceptionally talented team to achieve our shared goals.”
