Vermantia launches virtual greyhound racing for Eurobet

Vermantia has launched its pre-recorded Virtual Greyhound Racing product in Italy for Eurobet, one of the leading betting operators in the region.

Through the deal, Eurobet has access to exclusive, fully-licensed, greyhound races from multiple active UK greyhound tracks, featuring full high definition footage from a regularly updated library of races.

Eurobet’s online players are, therefore, now able to enjoy unlimited real greyhound racing action combined with the ease of virtual games

All top-performing betting markets are enabled for the virtual races, while professional live commentary and Vermantia’s brand new position indicator feature will allow Eurobet players to track the greyhounds’ position during every race.

George Fotopoulos, COO at Vermantia, said: “The launch of a tier-one product of its kind with Eurobet is another testament of our long-standing, successful collaboration. A key strength of our product is that it attracts both virtual and racing fans. The modalities of a virtual game – fast and frequent – are nicely blended with real racing, meeting Italian players’ demands for action-packed content.

“Technology and customer-focused approach lie at the core of everything we do. This is exactly what we do for Eurobet, by designing a fully customised solution, utilising the best in terms of content and technology according to Eurobet’s needs and expectations.”

Federico Spescha, Trading Director at Eurobet, added: “Through Vermantia’s fully customised Virtual Racing with premium real greyhound content our customers will enjoy a fast paced, action-packed betting experience and we’re thrilled to see how popular it will become.

“We are delighted that through our established partnership with Vermantia, we will be enhancing our Virtual Racing offering and providing to our customers the best and the latest in betting products.”
