Slotegrator has presented its new brand, Talentgrator – a recruitment agency that helps companies involved in the gambling industry to fill job positions, at any level, for countries across Europe.
Talentgrator, said the online casino software provider, provides a “quick and cost-effective solution” for companies to fill new vacancies by using a database that includes professionals at every level, from top managers and directors to maintenance staff.

To accompany the launch of the new brand, Slotegrator released a new article titled ‘The foundation of casino success: Recruitment in gambling’, which is designed to provide a blueprint for “building a team that’s greater than the sum of its parts”.
It takes you through a list of jobs you should look to fill, from C-Level management to legal, accounting and finance, tech, compliance, sales and security.
Just last week, Slotegrator issued a new guide on what constitutes the typical bettor or gamer, challenging the stereotype of male players aged 18-35 by encouraging operators to consider the rise in female gamblers as well as those in other age brackets.
