eGamingServices ready to reach out to Brazilian leaders

LatAm specialist eGamingServices has set about reaching out to leaders in the “vibrant” Brazilian market.

The firm’s CEO Tiago Almeida was the first member of a high profile panel at the Brazilian Gaming Congress to speak about marketing opportunities for operators targeting Brazil, both pre and post regulation in the country.

The brief was to talk in detail about the benefits of operating in Brazil, achieving profitability, identifying market perspectives and assessing the possibilities for partnerships and acquisitions in the gaming industry.

A key element of Almeida’s address focused on some of the big numbers generated across Brazil concerning mobile and internet usage in the country and how they relate to igaming companies looking to enter the market.

“Brazil is one of the leading countries in the world for internet use,” he said. “Ninety-two per cent of homes have at least one connected device and Brazil currently has the fourth cheapest mobile network in the world.”

By way of example of how successful brands can work in Brazil, Almeida went on to discuss the way in which Sportradar’s Ad Products & Technologies helped form the ongoing strategic partnership between online gaming firm Bet90 and one of Brazil’s leading football associations, the Paulista Football Federation. He cited extensive media and PR activities as being essential elements in the process.

“The market is alive and ready to receive good projects that add value to an audience that increasingly seeks to have fun in a safe and secure environment,” Almeida concluded. “Brazil is a vibrant market for all those who know how to take advantage of the eminent regulatory moment.”

Almeida’s address was followed by presentations from Francisco Javier Caamano of Sortis & Golden Lion Casino, Roberto Brasil Fernandes of the State Lotteries Association, Raif Chaves Paulo of eBrainz, Vicens Marti of Tangelo Games and Daniel Xavier of Pipa Studios.
