London-based gaming operator Editec UK Ltd has announced a ‘significant seven-figure investment’ in the award-winning digital media innovator Chroma Sports.
The investment will see Chroma develop a number of sports digital and fantasy games products and will ensure Editec is at the forefront of development on the digital landscape in its core markets in Africa and emerging markets throughout the world.
Chroma CEO Paddy O’Clery said: “Editec have shown great desire to not only exceed the digital offering in their heartlands but to push well beyond and into the future. This investment will ensure Editec customers – through their gaming brands – will continue to have an excellent online and in-store experience.”
The investment will allow international digital developer Chroma, whose clients include Sky Sports, Racecourse Media Group and News UK, to further grow its client base and increase the number of digital products it offers. Chroma will continue to work alongside its core customer base of media owners, broadcasters, sports rights holders and gaming companies. Its in-depth knowledge in sport allows it to roll out cost effective white label game solutions, through to fully managed websites and apps with payment, data and content support 24/7 all year round.
