Online games supplier Pragmatic Play has moved to expand its B2B offering, announcing the launch of its brand-new sportsbook solution.
Sportsbook will become the fifth product segment offered by the supplier, following slots, live casino, bingo and virtual sports, as it looks to make further progress on an overarching goal of becoming a “leading one stop shop for all igaming operators”.
“The launch of our sportsbook marks an incredibly proud moment for Pragmatic Play,” commented Yossi Barzely, Chief Business Development Officer at Pragmatic Play.
“We are not shy of adding new verticals to our offering if we believe we can be a differentiator, and by entering the sports betting space we’re now able to offer a complete one-company solution for operators looking to establish themselves or progress to new heights.”
The sports betting offering will be powered by a team of industry executives with years of experience at an array of B2C operators, says Pragmatic Play, and will feature a number of competitions, markets and events as well as access to exclusive official data from major events.
In addition, a templated UI will allow for a modifiable user experience, while the product can be localised to meet the needs of targeted audiences.
Gareth Crook, VP of Sportsbook at Pragmatic Play, remarked: “Our team has worked tirelessly over many months to build a product we feel highlights our aim of being the leading content provider within our sector.
“The addition of our sportsbook product is a further step along in our mission and we intend on adding a high quality and trustworthy product.
“We have an experienced and market-oriented team driving us forward, and we’ve already had significant interest expressed in our sportsbook from multiple markets. We cannot wait to bring great betting experiences to players around the world.”
