Pushing industry omni-channel conversion, Playtech Plc’s sports betting division Playtech BGT is set to launch its BetTracker mobile app, allowing customers to transfer their sports bets to their mobile devices after placing them in-shop.
The innovative app allows for retail to digital crossover, as customers can watch their bets progress and even cash them out on the Playtech system, which sits on the same platform as the BGT terminals commonly found in bookmakers throughout the UK and Ireland.
BetTracker will be soon made available through Apple and Andorid app stores, Playtech BGT development teams stated that the app will optimise convenience for client customers without an online account, allowing them to scan a ticket to the bespoke app and monitor event progress.
