Continuing its ongoing transfer to Playtech igaming technologies and provisions, Ladbrokes announced the re-launch of its bingo operations with £3 million in prizes and jackpots for its players.
Ladbrokes has been assisted by Playtech’s development team in the redesign of its bingo rooms website design and layout with a view to improving messaging, customer retention and player journey.
The transfer of Ladbrokes Bingo to Playtech’s bingo platform will give the operator access to shared 70,000 active bingo player network, with up to 20,000 concurrent users. The overhaul of Ladbrokes online bingo, was deemed critical as the operator had reported a downturn of £5 million in product revenues in its most recent half-year interim results.
“Every element of Ladbrokes Bingo has been improved,” Josefine Fox, the Head of Ladbrokes Bingo, said.
“We are now able to offer our players a state-of-the-art bingo experience that we believe will mark us out as the best in the business.
Dan Phillips, Playtech Bingo Chief Operating Officer, said: “The Ladbrokes project has been great to work on. We listen to players’ and licensees’ needs on a daily basis to help maintain our position as the world’s leading bingo network in an industry that moves rapidly.”
