Kindred maintains standing as top Swedish workplace

Kindred Group has maintained its standing as one of Sweden’s top employers, recognised by independent employment organisation Karriärföretagen.

For a second consecutive year, Karriärföretagen named Kindred as one of Sweden’s best ‘Careers Companies’, an accolade granted following a rigorous evaluation process undertaken by a panel of HR experts.

Of distinction, judges praised Kindred’s “unique career and development opportunities for graduate students and young professionals at the beginning of their careers”.

The evaluation saw Karriärföretagen further praise Kindred’s commitment to diversity and inclusion and its fair and transparent processes in the recruitment and promotion of staff.

Further recognition was granted to Kindred HR for its one-to-one career development programme and talent development resources and tools available to employees.

Kindred acknowledged the high standards and recognition of Karriärföretagen, which during its 2023 evaluation of Swedish businesses, had de-listed 18 employers from its ‘Careers Companies’ accreditation.

“We are immensely proud that we once again have been recognised by Karriärföretagen as one of Sweden’s Career Companies for 2023″, said Johan Engberg, Tech Employee Experience Lead at Kindred Group.

“We want to offer our employees the right tools, optimal conditions and challenges that allow people on-the-job development opportunities. This is crucial in the competitive Tech talent market. Our success depends on being able to attract the right people, who want to be part of our journey.”
