Catena appoints Pia-Lena Olofsson as Group CFO

SBC News Catena appoints Pia-Lena Olofsson as Group CFOUpdating the market, Stockholm-listed industry affiliate marketing network Catena Media has confirmed the promotion of Pia-Lena Olofsson as new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The executive appointment sees Olofsson current CFO of Catena Operations replace Claes Wenthzel as Catena group finance lead.

Catena governance informs that Wenthzel has chosen to leave the company due to family reasons. Wenthzel will oversee a transition of duties with Olofsson, and will be reported as Group CFO for Catena’s Q1 2018 interim trading report.

A seasoned finance veteran with experience in fast growth tech enterprises, Olofsson has previously acted as CFO & Head of IR for Swedish digital bank Collector.

Updating investors, Henrik Persson Ekdahl, Acting CEO, Catena Media commented on the executive appointment
