Visca Barca…Betfair nets FC Barcelona Global Partnership

Betfair has announced its biggest ever football partnership by confirming that it has agreed to become a ‘global partner’ of FC Barcelona.

Betfair management confirmed that it had agreed to enter a ‘global agreement’ with the ‘Blaugrana’ for the next three European football seasons which will see its brand receive optimal exposure throughout FC Barcelona channels and assets.

Furthermore, FC Barcelona and Betfair will be collaborating in different areas such as image association rights, visibility of branding on the Camp Nou LED system, and a variety of digital benefits.

Betfair Director General Paul Gambrill commented on the Global Partnership

“We are delighted to have signed a long-term partnership with Futbol Club Barcelona. Barcelona are consistently competitive at the top level and will help us achieve our ambition of growing the Betfair brand internationally. We very much look forward to working with the club to offer the incredible fans unique promotions, content and experiences”.

FC Barcelona’s Vice-President of Marketing and Communication, Manel Arroyo welcomed Betfair as new partners:

“FC Barcelona is delighted to sign a long-term collaboration agreement with Betfair, a leading company in terms of seriousness in the field of sports betting. We hope our members and all football lovers will enjoy this new global partnership, as well as exclusive promotions and unique sporting experiences”.
