Omega Systems Chief Commercial Officer Patrick Mann chats to SBC News about its suite of products and how its range of solutions can help operators to scale up their platform across account management, gamification and cybersecurity.
SBC: Please introduce OMEGA Systems to our readers. What do you do and what problems do you solve for your clients?

SBC: Your CORE product provides PAM solutions for operators. Tell us more about that:

PM: At the heart of OMEGA’s offering is our Player Account Management (PAM) platform: OMEGA CORE. The modular, highly customisable solution currently boasts over 320 external integrations (and counting). Our licensees gain instant access to an extensive collection of third-party resources including game suppliers, KYC tools, CRM, payment processors, sports providers and regulatory data vault.
We provide operators with the freedom to build a tech stack tailored to each market they enter. Our licensees have their own platform, powered by OMEGA software that gives them total control of their data, users, security and infrastructure.
Our microservice Extreme Transaction Processing architecture ensures scalability, high-availability and serviceability for established brands and ambitious startups alike. OMEGA CORE also boasts automated promotional tools and a dynamic bonus engine. Using a single instance of our platforms, operators can enter multiple jurisdictions in fiat, crypto or sweepstakes business models, or any combination thereof.
SBC: How does OMEGA enhance player experience to increase engagement and retention?
PM: OMEGA has invested heavily in products that engage players real-time, not just reactively. The result is OMEGA ENGAGE, our state-of-the-art gamification suite. With modules that offer jackpot aggregation, tournaments, races, challenges, badges, loyalty programs and more, players will keep coming back for friendly (or fierce!) competition. These mechanics drive retention, increase session times, and improve monetisation.
OMEGA ENGAGE includes CHRONOS, our AI-driven event tracking and rules engine. SBC: Cybersecurity is an ongoing concern in the iGaming world, how does OMEGA approach this?

SBC: What’s on your Roadmap for the remainder of 2025?
PM: Looking ahead, we are doubling down on player engagement and artificial intelligence. A dedicated team is now working on generative AI features aimed at improving back-office workflows, customer insights and operational efficiency.
Meanwhile, product rollout remains consistent with three-to-four new integrations each quarter. The release of OMEGA ENGAGE has further enhanced our engagement arsenal, combining player-level progression with scheduled event-based promotions and rewards.
