Twenty3 announces Sky Bet as latest Toolbox customer

Sports data intelligence firm Twenty3 has signed a new partnership with Sky Bet to become the UK betting giant’s latest Toolbox customer.

The new collaboration places Twenty3 next to Flutter Entertainment’s subsidiary Sporting Life in their efforts to provide Sky Bet with the opportunity to educate and inform sports fans through data-rich content.

This would in turn drive player acquisition and help strengthen customer retention through the sports betting operator’s Sky Bet Club loyalty scheme.

Andrew Cox, Co-CEO of Twenty3, said: “Sky Bet is exactly the kind of proactive, content-savvy operator able to take full advantage of our unique blend of data insights, artificial intelligence and graphic creation tools.

“They set such a high benchmark when it comes to creative and engaging football content, campaigns and promotions. It’s a privilege to extend Twenty3’s association to another Flutter business, brand and content team who are at the very top of their game.”

Twenty3 will provide access to data-driven graphics alongside a full suite of data query and insight tools, so that Sky Bet can satisfy the increasing demand from fans to bet on individual player outcomes through the BuildABet and RequestABet features.

Kevin Brain, Sky Bet’s Head of Content and Publishing, said: “Twenty3’s Content Toolbox allows us to be reactive and supply high level data to our customers. It is important for us to be a part of the football conversation; in an arena of mixed opinions, we want to supply fans with unique, interesting statistics to inform them both in their betting habits and the wider discussion.

“Equally, we don’t want to overwhelm our followers – Twenty3 allows us to provide expert and detailed analysis but present it in an easily digestible and instant way, which is crucial for us on our output and helps us cut through the noise of debate.”
