María Romero de Alba has been selected as the new Senior Business Development Manager for Maxima Compliance in what has been described as a ‘major hire’ for the full-service compliance provider.
Romero de Alba, who will report to Managing Director Antonio Zanghi, will work across the company’s client base and its Complitech product.
Commenting on the appointment, Zanghi stated: “Maxima Compliance continues to expand its team aggressively to consolidate our position as the industry’s leading compliance specialists.
“María perfectly fits the bill and we are confident that her commercial expertise will help take us to the next level.”
She joins Maxima after a three-year tenure at BMM Testlabs where she served as a Regional Sales Manager.
Romero de Alba added: “I am excited to join Maxima Compliance at a time when it has never been more important to find innovative solutions to the compliance challenges facing gaming companies.
“I look forward to showing businesses across the sector the value of working with the industry’s most respected compliance experts.”
It comes as Maxima continues to expand its team to ‘meet the needs of a growing portfolio of clients and products’, having recently appointed Francesco Bianchi as the new Director of Compliance Operations.
