William Hill forms data & compliance partnership with Featurespace

William Hill has partnered with Cambridge based risk management, data and compliance solutions provider Featurespace

The partnership will see William Hill and Featurespace deploy a range of sophisticated machine learning analytics and technical expertise to interpret data and achieve greater consumer insight.

Featurespace’s machine learning approach automates these processes to cut operational costs while gaining customer insight. Betting operators utilise a targeted customer management solution to build long-term, healthy relationships with customers. Maximisming revenue growth and minimising business risk.

David Excell, Founder and CTO of Featurespace, says: “We’ve been working with the William Hill team for some time and we’re impressed by their commitment to improving customer experience. This is the first in a number of exciting announcements planned as we roll out Featurespace’s analytics.”
