Playtech & RCS Media Group launch


Playtech and RCS Media Group subsidiary ‘La Gazzetta Dello Sport’ have announced the upcoming launch of Italian sports betting and igaming brand – will launch La Gazzetta Dello Sport into the Italian igaming market, and will see Playtech supply the brand with software, igaming provisions, marketing and player acquisition services. The brand is set to open its services to customers this weekend, offering players sports betting and online casino products.

The partnership between Playtech and RCS Media Group is in-line with CEO Mor Weizer strategy for the software provider to partner with top tier media corporations. RCS Media will look to leverage its digital and print/media  assets to assist with marketing and cost effective player acquisition.

RCS Media Group’s La Gazzetta Dello Sport newspaper currently holds an estimated daily readership of 4 million. RCS Media Group
