Sportsbook solution supplier BETBY has expanded its premium content portfolio with the addition of vaquejada markets.
Vaquejada is a rodeo-style sport typical for Northern Brazil, where two horse riders try to pin a bull between them and guide it to a goal. The sport is widely followed in the country and as a result has a lot of potential as a betting market.
BETBY’s latest product offering features pre-live vaquejada markets, as well as a vaquejada e-sim – a game fully developed in-house by the BETBY team.
The new pre-live offer covers both major and lower-tier real events. It includes 150 events every month, supported by a dedicated trading team.
Meanwhile, the e-simulation Vaquejada Eletrônico adds another layer of betting with an automated AI experience replicating the strategies of real life competitions.
Each virtual game lasts around five minutes, and every team is given four attempts to defeat the bull based on an automated scoring system that awards successful decisions and penalises errors.
The simulation supports 7,500 events every month – featuring one league with more than 20 betting markets.
BETBY’s vaquejada product launch positions the company at a strategic advantage in Brazil and the wider Latin America region.
Kirill Nekrasov, Head of Sportsbook Product at BETBY, commented: “We are thrilled to expand our portfolio with Vaquejada Eletrônico and pre-live markets for this sport.
“Given the increasing demand for localized betting content, we have taken the lead in delivering a unique and fully customizable vaquejada offering, being the only supplier providing a fully in-house developed vaquejada e-sim alongside pre-live event betting.
“This underscores our commitment to providing partners with tailored solutions that cater to regional betting preferences while reinforcing BETBY’s position as an innovator in the sportsbook industry.”
BETBY’s push for AI
AI-powered vaquejada offering is the latest AI-backed product in its portfolio. The company, like many others, has been looking to unlock the possibilities of AI technology.
Its very own department, AI Labs, ensures that the company stays on top of AI trends and successfully implements them into BETBY’s business model.
Department Head Danil Emelyanov recently spoke to SBC News to offer a look into the future of sports betting and the gambling industry as a whole.
“AI Labs emerged from a clear gap in the market since operators often rely on fragmented tools for tasks such as churn prediction, LTV estimation, risk management, personalisation, and business intelligence,” Emelyanov said.
“BETBY recognised this as an opportunity to create a unified solution encompassing all these capabilities, and we’ve been continuously upgrading it with new features like the Betting Tips API.”
