BetBoom has become the official betting partner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in Latin America – excluding Brazil.
Building upon an existing collaboration in which the operator serves as the official betting partner of the UFC in the CIS countries in Eurasia, BetBoom will now be integrated into more of the UFC’s biggest events, with a focus on reaching Spanish-speaking fans in Latin America.
Specifically, for UFC Fight Nights held in Latin America, BetBoom will serve as a presenting partner and will receive prominent brand placement inside the Octagon.
BetBoom Chief Marketing Officer, Igor Savun, commented: “We’re beyond excited to be the official betting partner of UFC in Latin America! UFC is all about passion and adrenaline, just like BetBoom, and we can’t wait to bring fans even closer to the action.
“This partnership is a big step for us, and we’re ready to create unforgettable moments together – whether it’s through exclusive content, unique promotions, or simply sharing the excitement of every fight with the passionate UFC fans who make this sport so special.”
Additionally, by using graphic overlay technology in UFC’s Spanish-language feed in Latin America, UFC will digitally place BetBoom’s branding on the Octagon canvas during all UFC Pay Per Views.
Other integrations will focus on leveraging fan engagement and driving BetBoom brand awareness with in-venue activations at UFC events in Latin America, featuring BetBoom fan booths and original content that will run on arena video boards.
“We’re thrilled to take our collaboration with BetBoom to the next level by expanding the partnership to Spanish-speaking Latin America,” added Nicholas Smith, Vice President of Global Partnerships for TKO.
“Latin America is a very important emerging gaming market, and we want to work with partners in that space, like BetBoom, who can offer unique ways for fans to experience the action and excitement of UFC.”
Meanwhile, BetBoom will also have a ‘highly visible presence’ at popular UFC fight week activities, including press conferences and weigh-ins, that help build anticipation for the main events.
To further engage with UFC fans in the region, the pair have said they will work on custom and original content that will be distributed across UFC’s Spanish-language social media channels and digital platforms, as well as exclusive promotions and VIP fan experiences.
