Betsson is sponsoring the Premier Padel Mar del Plata P1 and the Boxing Argentina meeting, as well as the Adidas Marathon and RÍMAC Lima 42k in Peru.
The new deals expand Betsson’s presence in the Latin American sports industry, adding to the Swedish operator’s existing alliances with Argentinian football clubs Boca Juniors and Racing Club teams.
Andrea Rossi, Commercial Director of Betsson Group for Latin America, committed: “We are very excited to expand our presence in the world of sports.
“Our commitment to football has been very successful and now we want to extend that same support to other disciplines our audience is also passionate about.”
The padel deal looks to allow registered Betsson users to “experience the excitement differently” when iconic figures such as Agustín Tapia, Arturo Coello, Gemma Triay, and Paula Josemaría take the field.
Meanwhile, last week, the Adidas marathon and RÍMAC Lima 42k took place, with over 18,000 runners from all over the world participating. The Swedish brand decided to support running for the first time in its history under a two-year contract.
Finally, the online betting site also announced that it will support the Boxing Argentina event, which took place over the weekend at the Racing Club de Avellaneda, where Argentine Maximiliano Maidana claimed victory over Bolivian Carlos Rodríguez.
