LeoVegas has announced a campaign in the North East to try and attract employees with the help of Newcastle United.
Being based in Newcastle itself, the MGM Resorts subsidiary has released a short film showcasing all the available jobs currently open at its regional branch, together with the Premier League side with which it currently holds a partnership contract.
In detail, the video features Dan Burn, Sean Longstaff and Paul Dummet going into details about the benefits of working for LeoVegas, with the goal of addressing suitable applicants by inviting them to fill up the gaming company’s 50 new regional roles.
Sam Behar, Director of UK & Ireland at LeoVegas Group, commented: “We’re proud to be based in the incredible city of Newcastle, the home of Newcastle United FC, and are excited to discover more winning talent as we look to expand our team in the region.
“The Magpies share our same passion for Newcastle and we’re grateful for their support to help us attract the best talent! If you’re looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.”
Some of the benefits highlighted by the aforementioned trio include the LeoVegas ‘work from anywhere’ programme that encourages remote working, as well as its health insurance, various employee discounts, training and wellbeing support.
The recruitment campaign follows what has turned into a historic Champions League win for Newcastle United against French behemoths Paris Saint Germain, as well as the recent launch of LeoVegas sister brand BetMGM in the UK.
Also featuring iconic Newcastle landmarks such as the Angel of the North, the video’s aim will be to expand the LeoVegas Newcastle team which is already boasting more than 120 people.
