kwiff enlists Adjust to drive traffic and customer onboarding

kwiff is targeting further development of its betting offering, signing an agreement with mobile measurements and analytics suite Adjust.

The partnership will see the integration of Adjust’s SDK tools into the ‘supercharged’ betting operators for iOS and Android apps. The aim of this is to ‘optimise acquisition’ and accurately measure the user behaviour of the operator’s customers.

Adjust will play a role in supporting kwff’s customer service objective to provide a “high-quality mobile-first experience”. Central to this is a goal to ensure players remain within kwiff’s app without being taken through ‘unnecessary steps’.

kwiff’s CEO, Charles Lee, said: “Our native kwiff app design embodies our commitment to providing a mobile-first experience and ensuring a seamless sports betting journey.

“Working with Adjust means we can now acquire players through the app stores to complement our web traffic strategies.”

The initial focus of the partnership will be on tracking organic traffic across multiple events, with plans for expansion at a later stage to include paid traffic for Apple Search Ads, Social campaigns, and in-app display ads.

Adjust was chosen by kwiff following a ‘thorough research process’ examining its new partners coding and technology. The operator seeks to build on the investment made in its native apps by further driving traffic and boosting customer acquisition.

The agreement follows kwiff’s marketing partnership with Income Access – which will ‘sit within’ the new deal with Adjust to ‘bring another layer of acquisition – as well as a CRM deal with Xtremepush and a racing content arrangement with BetMakers.

Alexandre Pham, Vice President of EMEA, Adjust, added: “We are delighted that kwiff has chosen to work with Adjust to  accelerate the growth of its mobile apps.

“At Adjust, we know how fundamental effective measurement and optimisation is to the success of mobile apps, so we are excited to see kwiff utilise this insight to drive traffic and acquire new players.”
