Aspire Global has obtained the required final certifications for its market entry into the Netherlands from the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), the Dutch Gambling Authority.
Under the terms of the licences, Aspire Global has secured permission to provide its B2B sports betting, casino and platform (PAM) services to operators in the expanding Dutch online gambling market.
The company had already established a presence in the country via its BtoBet sportsbook, which has so far supported the launch of Irish bookmaker BoyleSports in the country.
This agreement with BoyleSports marked Aspire’s first platform and managed services agreement in the newly regulated Dutch market, whilst BtoBet also received a local certification for its Neuron 3 platform.
Furthermore, the supplier’s Pariplay content and aggregator provider has also secured a deal with Holland Casino, one of the first ten online operators granted a licence by the KSA, whilst igaming firm Karamba has agreed to receive Aspire’s support for its own Dutch entry.

Since regulation came into effect on 1 October under the terms of the KOA Act, the Dutch online betting and gaming market has grown significantly, with some commentators projecting that it will become one of Europe’s most prominent.
As cited by Aspire Global, the KSA anticipates the market is to grow to €1.5 billion in 2025, with a total of 11 operators currently active in the market – ten joining initially and one receiving a licence in the months following the launch – with another ten expected after another round of licence awards.
