Britt Boeskov ends 17-year tenure as Kindred leadership executive

Britt Boeskov has announced that she has ended her 17-year tenure as an executive of Kindred Group Plc.

This weekend, Boeskov posted an update on Linkedin confirming that she had resigned from her duties as Kindred’s Chief Experience Officer, a position she had held since 2019.

A key member of Kindred’s executive leadership team, Boeskov joined the company back in 2005 as one of Unibet Group’s first management trainees.

In her post, Boeskov reflected on the sweeping transitions she had witnessed during her tenure at Kindred – a company transformed from being a ‘Scandinavian challenger bookmaker’ to its current status as one of global gambling’s highest-valued corporations.

“During these 17 years, I have climbed and moved mountains together with a 15x’ed workforce of ever-awesome people. I can’t help but be immensely proud of the challenges we wrestled, the growth we created, and the culture we nurtured,” Boeskov remarked.

Having climbed Kindred’s senior management ranks across the company’s commercial and marketing units, in 2009 Boeskov was promoted to the C-level position of Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Following a seven-year stint as Kindred COO, Boeskov would take on the role of Chief Programme Officer (CPO), leading the development of ‘change programmes’ for the Stockholm-listed operator whose operating structure had changed following its successive M&As of 32Red, iGame Group and Stan James.

Boeskov added: “Now my journey at Kindred is complete, and it’s with a pinch of nostalgia that I say a fond farewell and thank you to my dear colleagues, many of whom are now friends. You know what to do to make Kindred even stronger. I’ll watch and cheer for you as a proud alumni.”
