In time for Euro 2020’s tournament kick-off, Belgium’s Loterie Nationale has relaunched its flagship ‘Scooore’ sportsbook property, following an overhaul of the brand’s core operating systems led by Kambi Group and TG LAB.
Last Autumn, Loterie Nationale – the operating firm of Belgium National Lottery – announced that it had selected Kambi and TG LAB as lead technology partners, tasked with relaunching its Scooore brand.
The collaboration would see TG LAB serve as Scooore’s lead platform provider, supported by Kambi’s full-service sportsbook solution and market trading provisions.
Jannie Haek, CEO of Loterie Nationale, commented: “The National Lottery is delighted with the Kambi and TG LAB partnership that has relaunched the sports betting offering through its Scooore brand. We are looking forward to making this a great success together.”
Loterie Nationale had chosen to overhaul its Scooore property in response to Belgian consumer demands, having concluded that the brand’s sportsbook offering was recognised as being inferior to new competitors.
Scooore’s relaunch comes ahead of Euro 2020, where it will be one of the main sponsors of the Belgium national football team.
“We are very proud to have been selected to become the sports betting partner of the Belgian National Lottery,” said Kristian Nylén, Kambi CEO.
“The lottery has ambitious plans to grow its sports betting footprint, and we look forward to helping unlock those ambitions with the power and flexibility of the Kambi sportsbook.”
