Sky Bet customer’s cash out Christmas joy

A Sky Bet customer, Chris Hughes, is celebrating after cashing out on a £25 bet for a win of £10,000. The bet, a ten fold accumulator, would have become a loser just minutes later.

All of the other nine selections had come in but the Newcastle v Everton match, a stalemate until Cleverley’s winner in the 93rd minute, sealed a win for Everton but would have sealed a devastating loss for Hughes.

Discussing his win Hughes had this to say: “Me and my mates are Sunderland fans so it’s fair to say we went mad and had a great night celebrating the win.”

Sandro Di Michele of Sky Bet added “This really is a shrewd cash out by Chris, by taking the £10k profit just minutes before Everton scored.”

He added: “I might ask Chris what his tips are for the January 2^nd fixtures and ask him to cash out for me as well!”
