European sports betting operator Unibet has confirmed that Albin de Beauregard will take over as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from Graham Stretch who is set to exit the leadership role this coming March.
De Beauregard will step up to the role of CFO, having served as Head of Unibet Internal Auditing since April 2015. Unibet further detailed that Stretch and de Beauregard had begun the change-over process ahead of a new financial year.
De Beauregard has worked within Unibet auditing/financial operations since 2011 following the operator’s acquisition of French betting operator Eurosportbet, where he held the role of CFO.
Henrik Tjärnström, CEO of Unibet, commented on the appointment of de Beauregard:
“I am very pleased that Albin will take over as CFO as he has got in depth knowledge of the group and has proven himself and delivered excellent value in the various roles he has had within the group since joining in 2011.
“I would like to thank Graham for his contribution to the successful development of the group in the last five years and I am grateful that he will assist a smooth transition for Albin.”
