Tipico partners with the Danish Football Association

European sports betting operator Tipico Sportwetten has agreed a deal with the Danish Football Association (DBU) to be become an official partner of the Danish National Football team for the upcoming European football season.

The partnership will see Tipico’s Danish licensed sportsbook Tipico.dk promoted throughout the DBU’s digital and match day inventory. Tipico increases its Danish sports betting presence, having this year appointed former Denmark and Manchester United goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel as brand ambassador.

The partnership with the DBU sees Tipico increase its marketing presence within European football. To date the Malta based bookmaker has sponsorship agreements with German football clubs  Hamburger SV, SV Werder Bremen, SC Freiburg, TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, and RB Leipzig, Tipico Sportwetten is also the title sponsor of the Austrian Bundesliga.
