Ahead of its Annual General Meeting, GVC Holdings Plc has issued a trading update for its opening four month performance of 2015 (120 days period ending 30 April). The operating firm of Sportingbet, Casino Club and Betboo brands has recorded average daily net gaming revenues (NGR) of €658,000, up 17.5% on €560,000 on the comparable period of 2014
Giving insight into its product performance, the operator further reported that daily sports betting NGR had seen a 15.2% uplift to €311,000 (2014 comparable period: €270,000). Its sports betting verticals had seen an increasing in player activity with sports wagers up 21.4% to €459,000 per day (2014 comparable period: €378,000).
GVC was able to support its strong sports betting performance, with improved period performance recorded on its igaming verticals, which saw daily NGR at €347,000 (2014 comparable period: €270,000).
