Independent igaming technology and platform supplier EveryMatrix, has confirmed the appointment of Doina Stefanescu as new Chief Operations Officer, as the company looks to expand into new international markets and meet further demands for  igaming and sports betting industry clients.

Stefanescu takes over the position vacated by Jan Ridenfeldt, who has departed EveryMatrix operations to join NYX Gaming Group as Managing Director of Nordic Operations.

The appointment sees Stefanescu promoted from her current role as Head of Account Management for EveryMatrix (since April 2013). Stefanescu has worked for the igaming technology provider since June 2012, where she began as a Key Account Manager for the company.

Stefanescu will assume responsibility for the entire operations side of EveryMatrix, including Account Management, Support, Payments and Fraud, OddsMatrix Sportsbook Trading and Jetbull.com.

“I’m proud to announce that Doina Stefanescu will be our new COO as of May 1st. Doina has impressed Jan and myself from early on. She’s a sharp thinker, hard worker, tireless, responsible and knowledgeable. And a welcome spark to a top management team, keeping us from becoming an old boys’ club. It’s great when we can find amazing talent from our own ranks,” commented Ebbe Groes, Chief Executive Officer of Everymatrix.
