Betway today announces that it has completed its registration with the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).

The non-statutory UK organisation delivers authoritative adjudications to those in the betting industry who are in dispute with their customers, only when customers have been through the operator’s own internal dispute procedures and a deadlock exists.

Betway is fully licensed in the UK by the Gambling Commission and is accredited by trusted international testing agency eCOGRA. The bookmaker has recently been increasing its presence in the UK market through multi-content advertising and high level sponsorship of World Snooker events and West Ham United Football Club.

Richard Akitt, CEO of Betway, commented on joining IBAS:-

“As a company rapidly expanding in the UK market, Betway felt that it was important to provide our customers with access to IBAS. Customers can use Betway safe in the knowledge they have an established independent body, who can fairly and impartially adjudicate on their behalf, in the rare instance our excellent customer service team cannot settle a dispute.”
