European bookmaker Tipico is bringing back a classic football rivalry as legendary football goalkeepers Oliver Kahn (Bayern Munich/Germany) and Peter Schmeichel (Manchester United/Denmark) go head to head in its latest TV campaign – “Das Grosse Spiel (The Big Match)”.
The two goalkeepers considered the best in world football during the 90’s are official Tipico brand ambassadors who have featured in the bookmaker’s previous campaign “In Safe Hands”. The TV commercials will see Kahn and Schmeichel compete in various Tipico set tasks throughout the remainder of the European football season.
Tipico announced that the TV commercials will be featured on German broadcasters Sportdigital, Kabel1, Sport 1 and Sky Deutschland, as well as Danish networks 6’eren, Canal 9 and 8 Sport. Tipico will further support its TV advertising content, with digital and social media led content featuring the legendary goalkeepers.
The story of the TV campaign “The Big Game” will be told in five parts, as European football gears up to its end of season. The first spot of the campaign will be aired on German and Danish networks as Tipico looks to extend brand coverage of its betting services. The outcome of the amusing duels will be broadcast at the end of the season. Tipico urges viewers to stay tuned for exclusive football offers and promotions.
