The Festival will be the 19-time Champion Jockey’s last following a glittering career that has seen him triumph in three Champion Hurdles, two Gold Cups, and a Champion Chase so far.

His last ride at The Festival is likely to be on the Noel Meade-trained and JP McManus-owned Ned Buntline in the Grand Annual, which will bear the retiring champion’s name as a one-off this year.
