The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) is monitoring UK online betting/wagering aggregator – BetButler.com, after having received multiple complaints regarding customer withdrawal issues.
The UK gambling regulator has made the issue public, after customers of BetButler took to social media channels to complain about the operators poor service and issues when attempting to withdrawal money from the operator.
A UKGC statement on the matter read “We are advising customers to continue to engage with BetButler over their withdrawals and be mindful of the advice offered by the Commission in relation to complaints. We are also pointing out to customers that licence holders have legal obligations to them, and that gambling contracts are legally enforceable under the Gambling Act 2005,”
BetButler have stated that the issues relate to customers who were migrated to BetButler.com’s service after the operator had acquired real money wagering social betting operators Bodugi player database. Bodugi technologies chose to discontinue its B2C services.
