Mickey Kalifa takes over as Sportech CFO

Pool and racing wagering technology supplier Sportech Plc, has announced the appointment of Mickey Kalifa as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Kalifa is set to takeover full group auditing and financial responsibilities upon the announcement of year-end corporate results for 2015 (date set for 3 March 2016).

Sportech governance has detailed that Kalifa has begun the handover from outgoing CFO Cliff Baty, who will leave the company and its board in Q1 2016.

Kalifa (48 ) has served as Corporate Development Director of Sportech for the last six years and during this time has played an important role in the acquisition and subsequent development of the Company’s activities in North America.
