Superbet welcomes back Romanian sports with #SuperSport launch

Superbet has launched ‘The Magic Feeling of #SuperSport’ as its new lead advertising campaign within its home market of Romania.

The campaign, developed by Bucharest creative marketing agency Rusu+Bortun, sees Superbet promote its full range of live betting markets covering Romania’s most popular sports.

Adjusting to a period with no sports activity during the 2020 pandemic, Superbet – Romania’s biggest bookmaker – postponed its marketing activities to launch its ‘#SuperSocial’ campaign.

This, said the operator, has helped raise vital funds for the country’s sports clubs and national emergency services.

Through the campaign, Superbet has refreshed its ‘#Super’ tagline to welcome back Romanian sports to normal play.

Superbet confirmed that it would re-purpose its #SuperSport campaign for the Polish market where the bookmaker launched its services in 2019 after opening a new office in Katowice.

Growth within Poland has been marked as a key objective of the operator after it secured a £175 million investment from US private equity fund Blackstone Group in 2019.

A prominent investor within gambling firms, Blackstone has laid out plans to develop Superbet as Eastern Europe’s most valuable gambling enterprise.
