Whilst any financial details are yet to be revealed, it was stated that Fnatic will offer its sizable social media of eSports fans, whilst Newzoo will provide assistance in finding and evaluating potential media partners and sponsors.

Founded in 2004, Fnatic is based in London and its teams compete across competitions in the most popular games including League of Legends, and Dota2. Wouter Sleijffers, CEO at Fnatic, stated:
