Mecca Bingo (Rank Group), has retained the services of Havas UK as its lead PR agency. The online and land based bingo operator will continue to use Havas client services to increase its brand coverage and facilitate its media and corporate communications.
Mecca Bingo marketing revealed that it had chosen to renew with Havas, following the agency’s work on its UK wide Star Search talent competition.
“Havas has a great understanding of the Mecca brand and delivered tremendous results during the Star Search project,” commented Mecca’s head of PR Lesly Clifford.
“We saw press coverage for Mecca clubs and our online channels increase significantly during that period and we’re delighted that we will now be working together on a more permanent basis.”
Havas will be retained as the Mecca brand aims to ramp up marketing during a crucial period of the year for online bingo operators.
